We are excited to put the spotlight on some incredible organizations and community events this month!
The first one is the Lotus House’s 4th Annual “It Takes A Village” Back to School Health and Wellness Giveaway. Lotus House is a homeless shelter for women, youth, and children with support services in Miami, Florida. They give their guests the tools they need to become the people they are meant to be.
This event allowed Lotus House to provide 1,000 meals, 500 backpacks with school supplies, groceries, hygiene products and PPE, diapers and baby supplies, pro bono legal consultations, immunizations and COVID vaccinations, and more.
